The Forn of la Barceloneta dedicated to the production of biscuits, dried pasta and a great variety of pastries, which has endured for over a hundred years, until the current fifth generation. The documented fact of their existence centennial year stood at 1,885.

Pairing: With a sweet wine like Grenache and Muscat, mainly DO Empordà-Costa Brava
